MKC Beauty Academy offers a unique, one of a kind makeup school experience, by offering the only Masters Program in Fashion, Beauty & Print Makeup, for new and current artists who wish to take their skills to the highest level possible.

Led by Celebrity Makeup Artist and Author Margaret Kimura, the MKC Makeup School Staff has over 100 years of combined experiece in the areas of Fashion, Runway, Film, Television and Print. Not only are they the best at what they do, they are all currently working artists so our students receive the most up to date, current education in the world.

VISA WAIVER PROGRAM

As of October 26, 2004 the United States Department of Homeland Security created the VISA WAIVER PROGRAM. This program will allow students from the following countries to enter the United States with a special Machine-Readable Passport.

VISITORS VISA

Since the Masters Program in Fashion, Beauty & Print is only 9 weeks long, a foreign student need only obtain a visitor visa from his/her local United States embassy or consulate and complete the enrollment process.

To qualify for a visitor or student visa, an applicant must meet the requirements of sections 101(a)(15)(B) or (F) of the INA respectively. Failure to do so will result in a refusal of a visa under INA 214(b).

To begin the enrollment process, please complete an application and submit it along with your deposit (including a non-refundable registration fee) and proof of financial support. You may complete the profile contained in our student catalog.

Per the Homeland Security Act Section 442, Paragraph 4

PROGRAM TO COLLECT INFORMATION RELATING TO FOREIGN STUDENTS-
The Assistant Secretary of the Bureau of Border Security shall be responsible for administering the program to collect information relating to nonimmigrant foreign students and other exchange program participants described in section 641 of the Illegal Immigration Reform and Immigrant Responsibility Act of 1996 (8 U.S.C. 1372), including the Student and Exchange Visitor Information System established under that section, and shall use such information to carry out the enforcement functions of the Bureau.

STUDENT VISA

In order to study at MKC Beauty Academy, a foreign student must first obtain a student visa from their local US Embassy or Consulate.

In order to obtain a student visa, the student must first register at MKC Beauty Academy and provide us with a completed student profile, registration fee, and proof of finanacial support. Upon receiving the required documents, we will issue you a completed I-20. You must then take the I-20 to your local embassy or consulate with your supporting financial documents.

Before a U.S. Consul or Embassy will grant you a student visa, you must prove that you will have sufficient funds to meet all your expenses while studying in the U.S. Unless you show written evidence of having financial support for the entire time needed to complete your degree program, you will not be granted a student visa.

In order to begin the enrollment process, please complete a student profile and submit it along with your registration fee and proof of financial support. You may complete the profile contained in our school catalog, or complete the student profile on-line.

”July Artist of the Month is Jessica Warren She has worked with Marie Claire UK on a human interest type story, and did the makeup for the woman interviewed. She has become the Key Makeup Artist for Daeida Magazine. And through that magazine she has worked with alot of older classic celebrities such as Kate Linder from the Young and the Restless, Allison Arngrim of Little House on the Prairie and many others from the 40's and 50's. Also, she has gotten more into weddings and is currently working for Boots, U.K. ... the #1 Cosmetic brand in the U.K."

In addition to the extensive business and marketing training, MKC Makeup School post over 400 jobs posted yearly on our private Online Alumni Center. Many of our graduates also have opportunities to work with, assist and intern with working instructors, photographers and agency level photo shoot models

All of the photos on this website were taken during our makeup school's Masters Program's 5 Photoshoots, with MKC students providing the makeup artistry.
